Home health services

At home, the patient practices on the same stairs and bathroom step they have to manage every day. Our physical therapists start by finding out what the patient needs to do safely again, then build exercises and training around that.

A therapist in a charcoal polo walks beside an older man using a four-point cane across a backyard patio, holding a gait belt at his waist.

Before care starts

Questions about any of this? Call (818) 717-7181.

  • It starts with a doctor's order

Home health care starts with an order from the patient's doctor. If you don't have one yet, call us and we'll explain how to ask for it.

  • Practice between visits

The exercises between visits are a big part of getting better. It helps when a family member learns the routine and can do it with the patient.
