  • Medicare

    With Original Medicare, there are no out-of-pocket costs for covered home health services. Medicare Advantage plans set their own costs and rules.

  • Medi-Cal

    We accept Medi-Cal, California's Medicaid program. We'll check the patient's coverage and any approval it needs before care starts.

How care starts

  1. Call us with the insurance card

    Call (818) 717-7181 and have the patient's insurance card nearby. If you don't have it, we can still start the paperwork.

  2. We check the plan

    We look up what the patient's plan covers for home health and whether it needs approval first.

  3. We tell you where things stand

    You'll know what the plan covers before the first visit.
