SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation for Federal Home Health
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Federal Home Health, a trusted provider of home health services for discharged patients at College Medical Center. College Medical Center is a 221-bed acute-care hospital located in Long Beach, California, with a specialty focus on behavioral health and addiction medicine.
Federal Home Health works closely with our case management team, social workers, and discharge planners. With approximately 500 behavioral health admissions per month, 250 medical-surgical admissions, and over 1,000 emergency department visits monthly, their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care are vital to our discharge planning process.
Despite College Medical Center’s three campuses and an additional location in Hawthorne, California—approximately 15 miles from our main campus—Federal Home Health consistently provides exceptional service, extending their reach to patients in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties when needed.
Working in collaboration with CEO Andranik Gevorkyan, I have been continually impressed by his unwavering dedication and exemplary customer service. He understands that personal involvement and individual commitment are essential to high-quality home health services. His energetic and conscientious leadership, combined with his thoughtful balance of diplomacy and direct communication, consistently produces outstanding outcomes.
I would also like to commend the accommodating approach of Federal Home Health’s admitting coordinator and nursing personnel, who perform their responsibilities with professionalism, confidence, and composure—even under the most demanding circumstances. One notable example occurred late on a Friday evening, when a patient required an intravenous infusion. Rather than admitting the patient to the hospital, a Federal Home Health nurse promptly attended to the patient’s needs at home. This level of dedication truly exemplifies the qualities most sought after in today’s healthcare professionals.
It is with great confidence that I highly recommend Federal Home Health as a preferred home health provider for any healthcare organization. I extend my sincere appreciation to their entire team and wish them continued success in all future endeavors.
